§ 3-18. Running at large—Generally.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any animal owned by such person to run at large so as to cause any damage to any person or property within the city, and it shall also be unlawful for any person, either as custodian or owner of any animal, negligently to permit or allow it to invade or trespass upon the premises of any person other than such owner or custodian, unless it be with the permission of the person having control of such premises.
