§ 3-17. Same—Failure to comply with order of animal control officer.

In the event any owner or keeper of any animal shall fail or refuse to comply with any order of the animal control officer duly given under the authority of section 3-16, it shall be the duty of the animal control officer to seize the animal and dispose of such animal in a humane manner.
