§ 3-19. Same—Disposition of impounded animal adjudged to be of vicious nature.

Whenever any animal, at large on the streets, alleys, roadways or off the premises of the owner or keeper thereof, is impounded and adjudged to be of a vicious nature and dangerous to the citizens of the city by the municipal court, it shall be the duty of the police department to dispose of such animal in a humane manner.
