§ 9-139. Hazardous waste.

No hazardous refuse or waste materials shall be placed in containers serviced by the city. The placement of hazardous materials in containers serviced by the city shall be prohibited. Individuals or establishments violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor offense and subject to the penalties provided by law.
