§ 14-6. Throwing bottles, nails, etc., on streets, sidewalks, etc.

It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to throw upon, or willfully break or leave upon streets, sidewalks or pavements within the city, or the public square, any barrel hoops, tacks, nails, spikes or sharp instruments of any nature, or bottles or glass of any kind whatsoever.
