§ 11-9. Obstructing, abusing, etc. city officers or employees.

It shall be unlawful for any person to resist, obstruct, abuse or interfere with any officer or employee of the city in the discharge of such officer's or employee's duty, by word, act or otherwise, or to aid or abet any person in resisting or obstructing any officer or employee of the city in the discharge of such duty.
