§ 11-10. Refusal to assist in suppression of riot, etc.

  • Any able-bodied person who, being called upon by any police officer, or any member or officer of the city council, to assist in suppressing any breach of the peace, riot, affray or any misdemeanor whatsoever, shall refuse or neglect to so assist, not having a lawful excuse, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
