§ 11-26. Damage, etc., to real or personal property.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to cut, mutilate, injure, damage, deface, hurt, mar, disfigure, efface or destroy, in any manner whatsoever, any school building, church building or other public building, or any private building or residence, or any furniture, furnishings, fixtures, ornaments, decorations or other property located in any such building, or any fence, tree, shrub or other property, on the grounds thereof, or elsewhere, or any goods, wares, merchandise or other personal property of another, without the consent of the owner thereof.
