Article XIII. REGISTRATION OF OCCUPANTS  


13-1.

Every manufactured home park owner or operator shall maintain a register containing a record of all manufactured homes and occupants using the manufactured home park. Such register shall be available to any authorized person inspecting the park, and shall be preserved for the period required by the city. Such register shall contain:

(1)

The names and addresses of all manufactured home occupants residing in the park;

(2)

The dates of arrival and departure of each manufactured home; and

(3)

Addresses for the manufactured home park and park lots shall be assigned by the 911 authority having jurisdiction.
