10-1. The manufactured home park area shall be subject to the rules and regulations of the state and local fire prevention authority. 10-2. Manufactured home park areas shall be kept free of litter, rubbish and other flammable materials.. 10-3. Manufactured homes shall be enclosed by skirting and shall be maintained so as not to provide a harborage for rodents or to create a fire hazard. |
