§ 7-31. International Fire Code adopted.

There is hereby adopted by the city, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire and explosion, that certain code known as the International Fire Code, the administrative chapters, chapter 1, of the above listed code, current edition, save and except therefrom section 108 "board of appeals." A file of record of this code is maintained at city hall and the same shall constitute a part of this article and is hereby adopted and incorporated in this chapter as fully as if set out at length herein.

Further, all appeals will follow the procedures as established by S.C. Code tit. 23, ch. 9.
