§ 2-12. Nonpartisan election procedure.

Latest version.

All regular and special elections for mayor and members of council shall be conducted and results shall be determined in accordance with the nonpartisan election and runoff elections pursuant to S.C. Code Section 5-15-60(2) and Section 5-15-62, as amended.
