§ 16-4. Application of rules and regulations promulgated by state highway and public transportation department.

All rules and regulations promulgated by the state department of highways and public transportation as authorized by the laws of the state to have, when promulgated, the full force and effect of law, shall, upon being promulgated by such department, become a part of this chapter and the violation of any such rule or regulation shall be a violation of this chapter.
