§ 11-29. Receiving stolen goods.

  • In all cases whatsoever where any goods or chattels or other property, of which larceny may be committed, shall have been unlawfully taken or stolen by any person, every person who shall buy or receive any such goods or chattels, or other property, knowing the same to have been stolen, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
