§ 10-116. Permitted uses of funds.

The City of Newberry, South Carolina is hereby authorized to utilize the funds collected from the imposition of the accommodations fee for the purposes enumerated in Section 6-1-530 of the State Code of Laws of South Carolina and as may be amended.
