§ 10-112. Declaration of purpose and intent.

This division is enacted to preserve the general health, safety and welfare of the general public and to promote the tourism industry within the City of Newberry, South Carolina, by imposing a fee for the purpose of creating a fund which will be utilized for purposes enumerated in Section 6-1-530 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, and as may be amended.
