§ 9-3. Fuel oil supply systems.

9-3.1.

All fuel oil supply systems provided for manufactured homes, service buildings and other structures shall be installed and maintained in conformity with the rules and regulations of the City of Newberry when provided.

9-3.2.

All piping from outside fuel storage tanks or cylinders to manufactured homes shall be securely, but not permanently, fastened in place.

9-3.3.

All fuel oil supply systems provided for manufactured homes, service buildings and other structures shall have shutoff valves located within five (5) inches of storage tanks.

9-3.4.

All fuel storage tanks or cylinders shall be securely placed and shall not be less than three (3) feet from any manufactured home unit.

9-3.5.

Storage tanks located in areas subject to traffic shall be protected against physical damage.
